Return and Refund Policy

At KAMBOJ FASHION, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Change of mind returns:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong colour selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

Exchanges:
We may offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.

Faulty or incorrect items:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Customers are entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law if a product does not meet consumer guarantees.

Items not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Items without tags
- Accessories, earrings, or personal items for hygiene reasons

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
